Well, consider my ass surprised. I looked and it's been a year since I've posted a blog. First, allow me to apologize for that. Next, allow me to go ahead and fill everyone in on what's been happening in my life up until now. So, as most of you likely know I've been working a day job, but I've been writing as well. Currently I'm working on a light novel series, and I'm hopeful that it will get picked up by a publisher. If not then I'll be going through Amazon, but that's not my first choice. I've also been writing some Fanfiction as well, but with the exception of the bits of unused material for the Equestria Girls stories I haven't done much for MLP.

I don't have a real reason for it. I wish that I could say that it was something profound, but in truth it's more along the lines of the fact that the muses have been singing for Fallout and Gate more than anything else. They've also been singing for Black Lagoon and Rosario+Vampire. But about MLP or EG, yeah, that's been a big no. In addition I've been doing what I can for my own mental health. With everything happening the way it has been I've been doing my best to keep up with life.

Last year my wife and I bought a new house, I'm sure that's going to be surprising news to some. It was something that we wanted to do for our family. It came with two acres, and that has given our daughter the chance to have friends out for sleepovers and playing a little basketball. Speaking of which, she's into basketball. Which I've had to learn about Basketball. I was never into sports as a kid, I'm still not as an adult, but I want to support her, so I learned what I could.

So, yeah, been busy, life has been hectic, but I'm doing my best to keep rolling with the punches.
