I hope you don't mind me asking so many game related questions...

But for the "Baron's Hanging On" Scoop...which is the 'Trample' attack?

It's the one where the robot pins its arms to the ground and flips over. Hence the scoop's description referring to the Baron Balloon being "upside down". You have to get the scoop at the moment the Balloon is completely upside-down.

Ah, thank you.

Sure thing. Just remember, this is one of those it's REALLY a good idea to wait until later to go after--like, when the Vanguard's attacks can only do 1-2HP damage to Max.

Was only doing three, and managed to get it.

Also managed to get every 'enemy attack' scoop so far in RBW and Starlight Canyon. The Changing Dog Statue one was surprisingly easy to get.

I haven't even tried to get the CDS yet in this playthrough (and since I'm shelving it after I beat the game, I won't be getting back to it for a while), but I have gotten it before. The one that's usually hardest for me to get is the Devil Mask.

Face behind the devil mask?
I find the easiest way to do it is wait until the Masked Tribesman is up against you slowly, pull out the camera while facing it, then rapid click square to take pictures until you get hit. One of them will be the Scoop.

And I have used a Name Change Ticket to get myself a Dark Cloud!
So happy!
...now I just wait until I can make the Windmill in Chapter Four so I can Make Turkeys, and I'll be able to easily get all abilities on whatever weapons I want to be - or groom to be - my Ultimates.
Falcons give Critical
Cubic Hammers give Durable
Drain Seekers give Poison and Absorb
Thorn Armlet gives Steal, ABS Plus, and Poverty (cut it out with a Wealth)
Diamond Brassards (which only take Flame Crystals to unlock) give Wealth cheaply.
...the only expensive and truly time consuming one is Heal, which I can only get repeatedly from either Shining Bravado (level 7 sword) or LOVE (Ultimate Armband). ...thankfully, the path I take to Shining Bravado also gives Stop.
