If I may suggest, do what Tatsurou does with stories and write 1000-3000 word chapters depending on what you plan to happen for each story progression and alternative on all of your ongoing stories on a daily if possible basis with a schedule on what to update on what day and if your muse is there for a Particular story or doing a double update for another if it's not.
Seems to work very well for the guy.

I would but I have a medical condition that limits how much and how fast I can write. Some days and weeks are better then others. So it's difficult to get ahead at all...

I see, well there's probably a work around for that like a 3-4 story limit a week and alternating between them each week while taking into account this medical condition and what you're able to actually one in one week or day.
Maybe make a schedule of your stories and see what you can work on when able and go from there.
Hope you're doing ok now that I know you have one, take it easy.
I would personally love to see a new chapter of What if God Were One Of Us?, because there are really not many stories on this site that give Celestia some character building. But it looks like Mother is going to be the one you start up again and the above story will just stay in Limbo for the rest of time.

Gods will definitely be updated. Obviously Mother will come first but like I said I'm gonna try to deliver the updates by what people want. And if a story gets no votes...Well they'll be far down.
