Here we go again. Another story. · 4:21pm May 3rd, 2018
Well...as the title says. I am planning, or rather have the motivation to write yet another story. Yes, yes I know, I shouldn't do that and I should just focus more on finishing the once I have before even considering added yet another story to the list.
But the thing it...its fun to try out new concept, plus I am also doing this to help me get better at so that maybe...just maybe...I can actually start working on an actual book with an original story, concept and what not.
Anyway, maybe some of you writers out there can kind of relate to that. Creating something new again is fun, and also kind of refreshing. Plus it could also help with whatever drought or writers block you might be suffering. To be honest, I have been more or less forcing myself lately with all the latest chapters so far, and it probably shows in my writing too.
So overall, I just want to once again try something new...perhaps even something none pony related, because this concept I have in my head can go both ways. Either making a crossover, or just make my own world with it. Even if I do go for the second route also, do any of you know any good sites where I can post whatever fiction I want?
Also...just a little sneak peek. This story is going to be Pokemon related. I am slowly falling back to the things I used to follow before MLP was a thing.
So yeah...not an overall good choice but...in the end, its better to try out something which is fun and giving you some inspiration instead of just forcing yourself with something else.
Hey, as long as you don't forget about your other stories, I doubt anyone will be angry that you're starting a new story!
I can really relate to your struggle right now dude. I used to write another fanfic on a different site about something else but I soon found myself with major writer's block until I came upon this fandom and started writing again. Though be warned, if you’re doing this to break your writer’s block then make sure you don’t forget about your other stories. I did and I was forced to cancel it because it had been like three months since I wrote the last chapter to it.

Well its not just for the writers block sake. I am seriously somewhat relapsing back to the things I used to follow before mlp became a thing. Like Pokemon or the Mario universe. I actually recently started to pick up another pokemon game again, and I have to say...kinda missed it a bit after all these years. Plus right now its kinda like a breath of fresh air now. Having all these years done pony related things and now I just want to try out different things with different franchises.
Maybe I am also slowly starting to get burned out with MLP who knows, it Is going to face a reboot in two years after all.
Also, do you know of any well know and popular sites where I can post whatever fiction I want?
