Since I've seen a lot of people do the same for their series/continuities, I figured I'd get a head start on mine.

Here's where you can find all of the stories in the Smash & Grab continuity, in chronological order.

Borrowed Time: A lot can happen in ten years. For Sunset Shimmer, it means the loss of a homeland, a final request from the Princess of Friendship, and the inescapable march of time.

Smash & Grab: A dangerous magical artifact is about to be displayed at the Canterlot City Museum. Sunset Shimmer has a plan to prevent anyone from discovering the magic it contains: steal it at its unveiling.

Stealing Las Pegasus (Coming soon): While seeing a client in Las Pegasus, Rarity discovers another of the 27 artifacts in the hands of one of the city's wealthiest and most popular resort owners. The problem is, he's already figured out what it can do.
