Hey Hive Mind, and may I say it is a pleasure writing this blog! For today marks the 4th year anniversary of The Life of a Wanted Changeling being published onto this website.
Honestly...its kinda unbelievable to me. That this series has managed to stay around this long is....amazing really. I keep thinking just how amazing it is that only four years ago I was a standalone author making a chapter every day about the escapades of a unlucky changeling and his ailcorn daughter. And now, the story is being taken care of by my awesome editor/friend BrownDog, and its still going strong to boot!
I can't thank you all in the Hive Mind enough for sticking around so long and putting up with my last minute cancelations and poor planning skills. I'll be the first to admit that I seriously lack decent hindsight skills, but you guys stick around despite that! It...It really makes me feel good knowing I got such awesome people reading my story.
This series started off as some unlucky bug trying to be a good guy, and four years later he's a badass changeling who's seem some stuff that'll make a grown man cry and pushed past it, and who has a varied of ways to kick your ass without even touching you.
He now has a best friend (or is it more? 
) living in his head with a semi-reformed ancient evil king living in his skull giving him tremendous power to kick ass. He's caught the eye of multiple female suitors (one of which is defiantly off the list) and even changed history. A daughter who can defeat the mighty Cerberus with a hug and has unimaginable levels of power stored within her that's going through a bit of a rebellious stage. A grandfather whose seen more action then any man alive, who also traveled with a time traveling alien and is quiet savvy.
He gave Appleoosa a reason to join together to fight a common enemy. Bugze has managed to wreck the Grand Galloping Gala as well as save it. He ended the riot of Phillydelphia, through the way he did was unpleasant and regretful. He freed an alternate version of himself from his torture, through the scars of doing (mentally and physically) still haunt him. He allowed a poor little filly and her town to finally gain peace after their lives have passed. He put a stop to a entire Terrorist Organization by putting each of its mad leaders behind bars. He freed 1000 members and their families from Chrysalis's control and gave them the power of choice. But the biggest achievement of all has yet to be said...
He left a impact....in all lf us. Bugze the changeling may not be a actual character on the show, but he has left a mark just as big as the actual characters of the show have. I've seen people reference him on forums and in real life (thank you eavesdropping skill of 20+) and he is treated like a actual character of the show. And that, my friends, is one of the greatest things a author can do. Not get a lot of views or comments or likes, but leave a impact. To have their story remembered by those who read it.
So thank you, thank you all for keeping this story in mind. Maybe not 24/7 but just reading this blog shows you do remember. You guys are the best fan-group a guy can ever ask for. Seriously, you guys keep being awesome.

I remember the first time I saw season 3 of this, and it had 2 chapters in it. I decided to marathon 1 and 2 and seeing the comments being used in the next chapter, wishing "man, if only I could leave comment that could be used!" And I still remember the first one I left involving spoiled rich.
I had never heard of a comment driven story before, and I must say DWC (and all you guys;)) you blew me away!
PS: this story is the ONLY reason I'm watching the Equestria girls movie's
