Can do! It's from Daft Punk's live album Alive 2007. And it's actually not really "Human After All" except for the first part. Most of it is a remix of "Robot Rock" and "Oh Yeah." Actually, the whole album's pretty good. They remix their songs with each other into these weird hybrid mashups. Anyway, here's the song:
