For those who wish to have a closer look at what happens within the hive, here's more detailed information about the Queen, the Hive and its Drones.

Back Story: Well, I used to live in Manehattan. I was a scholar at the at the Academy of Ancient Magic and Arcane Studies, I loved to research ancient legends and magic. But as I was getting older, I grew tired of the life in the big city, so I began traveling the world as a hermit, researching the myths and legends of the places I visited.

Aside from the formatting of the drone list (maybe empty lines and
[hr]tags are sufficient) I recommend you add information what a building actually does; for example, what benefits gives us the Hatchery, and how do we use it?Maybe it can be helful to add information about the queens current disguise (not sure if necessary, but it wouldn't hurt; would it?).
And how does she recover MP? In time or does she need to rest?

Hey, have we actually healed at all? Or gained any XP?
Maybe we can get a Lifecycle overview? Egg, larve, nymph time & adult lifespan expectancy? What better two ask other Queens if not that ( unless our Queen does know stuff like that )
How long is a love gathering mission? Do they share Disguise or do they use there own on shift change? The larve are what class? Or is the hatchery the selection chamber? Like all larve are a empty genetic plate and there food or cooconed state is how they get effected?
How do Changelings store love supplys ? Crystals (organic grown inside ones body or rare ones that D-Dogs dig for day and night),Cocoon with emotinal charged gel, magical scroll/artefacts? Not every season is high output i guess and Changeling to Changeling isnt effectiv or viable. Especially over a millenium race development.

There will be a small peek into that in future chapters, but basically, it goes as follows;
A Queen can lay either an Egg Cluster of drones or a Special Egg for a single specialized changeling. (An ArchQueen can also lay a Royal Egg which contains a "Princess" or proto-queen)
Egg Cluster containing about 25 changelings hatch normally in a few days. Same for Special Eggs
The newborn Larvae stay in that state again, for a few days, slowly developing into nymphs who are just like ponies foals.
A few more days later, they finally develop into a fully grown drone ready to serve the hive. However, their time of development can be altered by the queen and other external conditions. For example, If there are too little resources or the Queen wills it, the Eggs might hibernate to save as much love supply as possible. On the other hand, if the Queen or the hive is detected to be under too much stress, the process might be sped up to supply fresh, albeit slightly underdeveloped drones to help the hive, like what happened in that situation with the Timberwolves.
Lastly, an ArchQueen might gift a drone a piece of her crown, which is basically her sensory organ that helps "broadcast" the hivemind and "evolve" it into a Queen, like what happened to Cicah
as for lifespan, drones live as long as ponies, queens live much longer, and ArchQueens are immortal.

A gathering mission for Nameless' hive is about only about a day, but it can go for much longer and Nameless' drones use their own disguises for the job.
All drone larvae are blank slates to be later directed to their required role, but Special Larvae and Royal larvae already have their roles assigned before birth.

Love Supply is stored in the hivemind itself and is regulated by the Queen who decides how it should be distributed. However, if there is a too great surplus of Love Supply in the hive, it can be stored physically inside a cocoon as a jelly-like, pink substance.
Other hives also have other means of storage. For example, the Bee Hive makes their honey using love supply, giving it a very powerful healing effect.
