So tonight was dead. Wasn't bad, got to catch up on some comics finally. Got out at 9:30 too, as well as get out before both pasta and pizza sides.
I'll be working tomorrow too, meaning that I won't be able to hang out with my friends. That's frustrating but kind of expected when Dick has influenza. We have to wait until 24 hours after his fever breaks for him to be able to come back to work. So for now I am playing every day by ear. I'm honestly assuming that I'll be working every day this week.
I doubt I'll be able to get any writing done for the recent future. It sucks. I wanted to work on the sequel to The Prince and The Troll.
I mean at least this time, Dick has a very valid and understandable reason to not go into work. Hardly, making him a Dick this time! Would you want him to come in while you hang out with friends? Which is better in the long run? I would be pissed too, don't get me wrong, but at least he has a good excuse rather than him taking off because he is stressed, or tired of working!
