I've found myself focusing on a lot of projects lately, where do I find the attention for them all? I recently uploaded a new chapter of Queens to Check, Dragon to Mate and am currently unsure of how to progress there for a while. I've only gotten one bite on my idea regarding a spinoff story featuring the events on the airship all the kids of the cast are on, except ones at the meeting in the story, link to the idea can be found here. I recently noticed a lack of Spike x Daring Do stories and have been toying with idea, even started writing a story around that. I've hit a bit of an impasse with the rest of my stories, hopefully that won't last much longer. Another little project I started working on is a pair of Equestrian genie stories, I would say more but I'm afraid someone stealing all the ideas and using them to write their own story with those stolen ideas as a backdrop.
Personally, I don't understand why my attempts to get the readers more involved in the story have been pretty unsuccessful. Frankly I'm surprised Queen Takes Dragon was as much of hit as it was, seeing as really didn't do any advertising for it on any the pages of any of the Groups was with at the time, I think I actually ended up joining more groups because of that story. I contemplated doing a Chrysalis prequel story, but decided against seeing as how dark and devoid of anything to really lighten it the story would most likely have.
I really do want those who follow my stories to be a bit more involved when I ask, I always enjoy seeing more comments.
Well, do what you feel like gives you the most comfort and enjoyment. I personally have less free time than I used to have so I'm currently focusing on reading completed stories. Sorry for that, I would've been a bit more involved in your stories but that's what I'm focusing on.
