Alright, here's the deal. I have a few subplots going on at the same time, alongside the main plot. Trying to cover them all at once is something I am becoming increasingly aware is a bad idea.
A VERY bad idea. That's what led to the procrastination-slash-forgetting to begin with.
So, I am going to focus on one subplot at a time here. I have a few to choose from. Fluttershy and her Hero Soul, Rainbow Dash and her history with Gilda, River Run and his alter ego as Shifter, and Spike and his Dragon heritage.
Here's where you come in. I'm not entirely sure which one to pick, and I keep getting the urge to bleed them together. And trust me, that's more annoying for the writer than it is the reader. At least you guys have the information to eventually make sense out of it. I have to come up with the information and stick it where it needs to go.
So, which would you like to see first?
Actually, now that I think about it, forget the Rainbow Dash one. That one needs to happen later on in the story. Possibly the next story.
the one with spike is my vote.
Fluttershy would be my choice with Shifter as the main main villain for this line.
Fluttershy’s Hero Soul is my first choice. Spike and his heritage is my second.
Also, I’ve been wondering what happened to one of my favorite stories. Good to know you’re still alive.
I say either Fluttershy's Hero Soul or Spike's Dragon Heritage

I will say go for the Fluttershy as Captain America/Equestria arc FIRST, THEN deal with the "Spike finding out more about his Dragon Heritage" arc. I have to admit, while both arcs sound REALLY good especially if that "finding out more about his Dragon Heritage" arc also causes Spike's Hero Soul to awaken , the Fluttershy arc seems like the one to resolve first.
Giving the story's momentum, I would also vote for Fluttershy arc first. Then, you can follow with Shifter arc (since he is already in town).
