    Yes I am alive

Sorry I've been so absent as of late. My new project kinda absorbed me a bit :twilightsheepish: Actually, for the past year ever since I decided to write a Warriors fanfiction I couldn't really think about much else as far as writing is concerned, even right now.

    It's been 10 years!

Yeah, it's been 10 years since I've made an account on this website and published the first two chapters of Rebirth of the Damned, my first story (you can't tell now because back then when you would edit chapters and save them then it would overwrite the date of publication).

World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth · 7:37pm Nov 3rd, 2017

Well, the Kul Tiras thing proved to be right, and not only that, we also get Zandalar, so two continents, one for each faction, apparently. And the whole thing about the Void and Old Gods had been apparently moved for later. Okay, I can dig that. After all, we would have run out of enemies after defeating the Void. And while I am not a fan of the PvP, war between the Alliance and the Horde is something that had always been in this universe, it is a part of it. And at least time the world isn't breaking apart or being invaded by demons or zombies. So yeah, I'm all for it. Especially if we get epic battles... like this one:

I am super happy how good it showed off both sides^^ Oh, I cannot wait for it to come out^^ And DAMN, Anduin really became a paladin^^ :pinkiegasp::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy: Can't believe how badass he became.

Anyway, it looks like we will get "allied races", which I guess it's going to be this "subraces" thing I mentioned that it was leaked. For Alliance we get the Lightforged Draenei, Dark Iron Dwarves, and... some Void High Elves? And for the Horde, the Nightborne, the Zandalari trolls, and Highmountain Tauren. Seems reasonable. Can't wait to make alts for those races and play through their starting zones^^

Also, the adventurers in the features overview still had their Artifact Weapons^^ Yay, they are not writing them off^^ I can't wait to see how they will come into play in this new expansion^^

Well, that's all the info regarding the new expansion. I didn't buy the virtual ticket (I am not paying 30 euro just to watch an hour long video, even if it is about my favorite game), so I won't be able to update you with more information.

Ah right, completely slipped my mind:

FINALLY^^ Oh, I miss the Vanilla WoW, all the leveling experiance, the sense of adventure and wonder when you went to a new zone, the rush of excitement as you do all those old quests for your faction and race... I miss them all^^ I still can remember how I felt when I first crossed from Teldrassil to Darkshore on the boat as my Night Elf druid, or how I would run through the Ashenvale Forest, explore the Barrens for those weird cultists on top of some smokey mountain, race from Menethil Harbor to Ironforge on foot, getting killed by twenty murlocs five times a day... ah, the good times...

So yeah, Blizzard had done an amazing job preparing for this Blizzcon^^

Alliance cheat he mass ressed in combat

4716179
He wasn't in combat he killed the Troll :P

Anduin has done his kingdom proud.

4716191
I just love that a golden haired paladin is fighting in Lordaeron against Sylvanas :pinkiecrazy:

4716195
Ironic since it was a golden haired paladin who destroyed it.

4716195
Just... remember what happened the last time a gold-haired Paladin fought against a group led by undead in Lordareon...

Someone's going to run out of mana.

I might pick up World of Warcraft again.

The hype is so real!

Edit: I’m getting a massive Warcraft O&H/2/3 from the Dominate Warfronts portion of the features overview.

Forget the next raid they need to push this out asap

It was stated that Artifacts will have a send off of some sort? Hard to say what that entails sadly...

How about that new hair style Jaina has, she's going mama bear on people! WOOO!

So are alliance taking Lordareon, and horde taking Darnassus? What about Dreanei and Blood Elves? I hope more info comes out.

Is no one gonna mention sylvanas and her shadow powers?

I hope the Vulpera become playable they are adorable

and idea what the frig that void elf looking thing is

4716179
No, he's just going by Warcraft 3 rules.

4716395
Those were her banshee powers; didn't think that she could just "switch" from being corporeal to incorporeal, I thought her soul would have to leave the body or something.

4716690
Elfs that dabbled in Void:

OMG! So excited!

4716812
My guess is that similar to the Blood Elves who turned to Fel to sate their magic addiction, Void Elves turned to... Void to sate their own. Maybe they were lost to it like the Krokuul of Mac'Aree, but Alleria and Lotus-Walker have been able to help.

4717198
Sounds legit^^ Though I can't help but wonder when, where and how did that come about. Did those elves began to tap into the Void shortly after Third War and we never heard of them? If so, where were they? Or did that happen recently? On top of it all, for them to be an "allied race", there has to be a lot of them. And yeah, I know that despite all the losses the high/blood elves had suffered there were tons of them in Outland (I believe Kael took somewhere around 1% of the Quel'Thalas population with him to Outland), so it is possible that there were enought of the ones who dabbled in the Void to be considered their own race, but still....

Hey all, there was one piece of news from that feature overview trailer that I hadn't addresses... mostly because I thought it was a metaphor, and not that they were seriously going to do this, but here it is:
wow.gamepedia.com/media/wow.gamepedia.com/thumb/0/0a/Teldrassil_Burning.jpg/1200px-Teldrassil_Burning.jpg?version=fb7a6cc659b0ff4264023d2b9e5199fe
So yeah, the home of my main character in the game, the home of my favorite STILL living characters that STILL have a chance for a happy life (Malfurion and Tyrande), is going to burn. So... yep, I had mixed feelings on the Alliance advancing on the Undercity (as most of it's original citizens still live there, just undead, but on the other hand the people of Southshore and Hillsbrad were Lordaeronians too and we know what happened to them), now I have no problems with that or for whole escalation of the Alliance-Horde war. My Night Elf Druid will blast the Horde with all the fury of Nature and Astral Power!

Buuut I will also do the war from the Horde side on my alts, just won't put that much effort into it ;p

4718061
do you really think your pathetic Alliance can beat the Horde you Alliance dog

( I am just RPing as my main and fave Alt witch is an orc monk and a goblin warrior )

4718061

Dude holy shit no wonder Anduin would want to attack the horde after that.

4718073
My Night Elf Druid: Considering you have yet to win a single war with us that isn't against just one kingdom (First War), I would say yes.

4718092
my orc monk :and yet not once since then have you beat the horde ether

4718096
My Night Elf Druid: You do remember the Second War right? Year long, fought across Easter Kingdoms, ended with destruction of the Dark Portal and carting you off to interment camps? How was it by the way?

I assumed for the purpose of comedy that by "since then" you mean the First War, since that was the one I had mentioned before; if you were referring to the Second War, well, it's midnight over here, too tired to think of something witty ;p

4718111
hold I thought the first was with interment camps ?

4718124
No, the First one was the one from Warcraft: Orcs & Humans (Warcraft 1), it ended with the Horde destroying Stormwind.

4718134
yes but shouldn't the 2nd war have been when thrall freed the orcs

4718061
When I get through all my other Blizzard games, I will devote my time to finally play as my Orc Shaman, and on that day, pray that we are on the same side, or face the wrath of the elements,

LOK'TAR OGAR!! FOR THE HORDE!

4718144
No, Second War was the one in Warcraft II, where Horde led by Orgrim Doomhammer attacked remaining human realms, who banded together into the Alliance. Thrall freed the orcs about 12 years later

Really not a fan of the faction war, makes no sense to me. I mean we just saved the planet from impending doom and then this.
But in the end horde is love horde is life.

Lok'tar Ogar
FOR THE HORDE

They are scrapping the Artifact Weapons come the next expansion. Instead we will obtain from Magni a necklace called "The Heart of Azeroth" which in a sense will be like the artifact weapons only more free range. Devs mention our artifacts will go out in some fantastic fashion.

I for one am not ready to give up Blades of the Fallen Prince, Apocalypse or Ashbringer just yet. Upside is their appearances will still be obtainable and transmoggable (minus the artifact challenge appearance unless you completed that task)

Should be a good expansion and I agree with the loss of Teldrassi. My night elf rogue is not going to be too thrilled with this.
