Happy Nightmare night

Well, this is unexpected. I mean, wow, just wow...I have been getting some pretty nice fanart for a while and I have been thinkig of how to illustrate it for you fans. And I think I have a way.

First we have the adorable Belle Amie as a little bitty witch. What makes her costume unique is that it has a sort of double meaning, she does resemble a princess pony from G1. It's an interesting look at my surprising popular Oc.

Next on the walkway.

We have the other 'main character' (Copyright Tvtropes) the lovely and adorable Spark as a fluffy little werewolf. Her eyes look like she is ready to pounce and give you stats on her character.

Now we have Glarity, now off of her being the subistute Rarity as a good metaphor for OCs that copy other characters and need time to grow and become their own, as a zombie. What you don't see is little Crystal playing with her tail like a happy kitten.

Now we have some spoilers for the reent chapters as Rep is looking at his fiance/wife with a desire for seamonster flesh. This vampire is ready to attack her and more.

And finally we have-

The mother daughter team of Starla and Galaxia! Now as a mummy and Bride of Frankenstien. These two are dressed to scare all who come near them. And are eager for me to get the two back together.

It's like I have said a dozen times, if I am not making you cry with my stuff, then I want you to be laughing, or pumping the air in excitement of the action, or feeling touched when Pinkie hugs her friends. And Lighting Dawn...has kind of grown on me too. From what I wanted to just make him one note, to a man who has become a hero all his own, Lighitng has become...human.

1. Myte's death. The scene that began it all, where I wanted to see if I could make you care about these characters. And, personally, I think I succeeded. I love the broken look in Myte's eyes, the tears and blood leaking out of him. More important, I love Raven so nonchalant about her murder (interesting, Raven is also another of those I never expected to become hiuman.

2. Ahh, Buddy...one of my greatest failings is in his death. I should've played up the 'father with a daughter' more. Also, it took me a whiile to figure out what I wanted for his character and I think femine is just perfect for his part. I love how Conquest and Raven look, make a wish.

3. Ahhh, zombie fairies and *Looks at the image and screams like a girl* Ummm...ok, this is just creepy. I mena, this is zombie stuff here. Eeeep! When I did this, I also was touching upon an inner obession I have, a villian who's very touch will kill you. How do you beat such a foe. And now, to talk about Krysta before I run out screaming. I love her, and the flower in her hair was a nice touch.

4. Grand Ruler looks perfect for all of the menace and cruelty he brings to the table. A man who hides behind a facade of perfection, who tells tales of being bullied to make you sympathize with him, and then will hide the truth from you anyway he can. Hmmmm, am I making an allusion? Nah....

5. This one, Pinkie's, is probably the sadder ones, mainly because it is Pinkie. This poor girl, has been put through hell at my hands and I know she will make it, but this just shows how much pain she goes through. I love how broken Artie is, and the emotions Pinkie has at this moment, seeing a stallion she as grown to care about being so hurt. Her attemps to be there, to make everypony happy...so much she has to go through to be the hope for us all.

6. See, Rhymey, this is why I prefer you as a villian. You are just so good at it!

7. Does Cookie dough count as the first member killed? I don't knnow, but I will say this about him, he was meant to be a knock on Mykan's tendacy to forget about his characters the moment they become useless. See, I listen to my characters, and I treat them as people. So, when you forget them, it's like forgetting a person.

8. Nothing mroe to say, this is 100% Conquest and I love it. The licking and the fear on Starla's eyes are perfect. Oh, the middle finger is a nice touch.

9.Sometimes, you forget a certain story element or a plot leaves you and you find wanting to use it again. This is true here as Lighting's parents and their deaths were based off of an old (Unpublished) Metroid fic I did whit the origins of Samus Aran. The main difference here is that it wasnt a birthday and Samus was an infant, but it was te same premise. I love this shot, seeing her committed to death, but confidet that her son will live.

This art is beautiful and I think it will become the center piece of the fanart blog.
