Loved it! A few little quibbles, not all the acting from the newcomers was stellar and sadly parts of the gender-related stuff felt awkward and forced, eg "something a male-presenting Time Lord wouldn't understand", but I liked much more than I didn't. Plus one of my worries about the new Disney-cash-infused Who has been dispelled: this definitely did
Fortunately not in the literal sense! But yeah, I'm currently stuck at home, yet not feeling well enough to concentrate on ponyfic. It's a seriously annoying combination.

A bit of a mess, really, though often an enjoyable mess. One particular oddity regarding vocabulary and a few missed opportunities, but a fun song and some decent silliness. I don't ask for literary brilliance from the show, so this scraped a pass from me. ★★★ (just)

Yeah, I found it pretty enjoyable in the long run. I seriously hate Thunderlane’s voice in it, though.

yea I found Thunderlanes voice as grating as my own voice.
Even though the episode was a mess (a hot mess?) I think it had very solid heart, however badly executed, (and it makes it like Fame and Misfortune).
It laos reminded me heavily of Big Horseshoes by @bad_seed_72 (it's a fic from 2013 )
A good lesson... for kids. So, a bit of a bore for me. Also, wasn't "blank-flank" a pejorative term before this?
