One Day:
Is this how I’m to be remembered?
A sad mistake that goes beyond what I intend?
Is this how I should suffer?
A tainted stain upon what once was pure?
Its best that I should go,
My actions will define me until the wrongs have been made right,
But myself I will not show,
A burden on my shoulders when darkness came to light,
But one day I’ll return,
To see a greener pasture that’s all I hope to find,
One day I will return,
And hope that its a better place than what I left behind
I hope that when the clouds depart the sun will shine again,
And time will tell if all the pain will fade
And may my sins wash away so I can break the chain
To put to rest all the doubt and shame
And the mistakes that I have made
And one day we’ll rebuild,
Again the world will shine
As prophecies fulfilled,
And answered this wish of mine
When one day the tears will dry,
I hope we’ll stand as one again,
And someday if we try,
The world will live in harmony again

Death’s cold hand rests
A dark cloud falls upon the land
My mind is telling me to go
To avenge thee
So bittersweet
How easy it be to fall?
My heart is racing, the soul enraged
The end of life as we know
Upon the path before us
We’ll let the Shadow fall
Yet part of me still holds a part of you
Silent, wanting, lasting
May you return one day
From your cold path in death
And be forever with me?
Cast away your childish reason
And let dawn the killing season
So let the hellfire rise
And embers blaze the night
Its fitting in my eye
Into the pit I cast the light
I’ve stayed inside for long enough,
My time is close at hand,
I Know That Its Been Tough:
