This year's Bronycon panels · 3:35am Aug 3rd, 2017
Hey, they didn't jam all the writing panels in the late evening this year! Yay!
I'm helping out with two of them. First up is the "Editing is Magic" panel headed by maskedferret. We did this one two years ago, and it should be a fun time. Questions about finding an editor, becoming one, or learning what editors, proofreaders, reviewers, and beta-readers do? Head over to the Hall of the Sun first thing Saturday morning at 10 AM. Ferret's got Professor Plum, Syeekoh, Dubs Rewatcher, Corejo and... maybe ABagOVicodin? Not sure if he's still on board.
Then at 2:30 PM Saturday in the Hall of the Planets, check out the "Seeing Through Your Characters' Eyes: The Finer Points of Perspective" panel. I'm heading it up, but I'm only covering the intro stuff, defining terms and such. Dubs Rewatcher will then cover common perspective mistakes that even experienced authors make, and GaPJaxie will discuss perspective as a characterization tool. Come hear my co-panelists analyze writing for perspective and share their tips!
Now all I need to do is sit down with the schedule and figure out which are the writing panels and which are something different.
Once again I find myself stuck on the wrong side of the country, darnit

Most of them are pretty obvious by their title and description. I guess the schedule is color coded by venue? They have a grid schedule as well, and I think that one is (or at least was in past years) colored by topic, so hopefully you can look there? In any case, hang out in Quills & Sofas, and people there will know who's doing what panels.

Start biking here now. You might make it in time.

Bronycon 2018, here I come!
Aw man can't wait to heckle from the audience. See ya there Pasco!
Wait. Am I not on the editing panel anymore?

You're still listed as being on it on the planning doc.

Sorry, thought I'd gotten you in the list.
Sounds like a great time. BC is definitely on my near-term bucketish list.
At this rate I'll just be glad if I can make it to a con later in the year. Ciderfest is looking like the one...
