Howdy, y’all 
Been a minute. Unfortunately, I don’t have any progress to announce on when I’ll be able to get some new content out, but I did make a group that I should’ve made ages ago. It’s a lonely little place with only one story in it right now, but there’s an official Velestia group now 
I’m hoping that having a group will inspire some people to write their own stories. I did hear from someone who might be writing a Velestia fic a little while ago, but I won’t name names in case they change their mind 
As for me, I’m still playing with the idea of maybe doing a sequel to “Just Like Old Times”, but nothing concrete there (plus I mean, I’ve already been struggling with the stories I’ve been working on lately)
Come join me in shipping hell the Velestia group, so that we can all hope for more mom shipping together
Joined, we need a story where twilight has to deal with the aftermath of velvet and celestia hoking up.
Night light could also use some love though.
I don't know, I've read that one story where Celestia is Sparkle Twilight's father and hope I'm not confusing this with that.

I wholeheartedly agree. If I do wind up doing a sequel, Twilight's reaction is probably going to be the focus
Yeah, I love Night Light and would definitely hate to see him pushed to the side. I would've done more with him if I had been writing a longer fic.

But no, I've never read (or heard of, until now) a story like that. Mine is a pretty straight forward fluffy shipfic about Celestia and Twilight Velvet

Are there any fics with them? I’d be interested in reading them, and it could definitely make sense. We may not know what Night Light’s job is in canon, but it would stand to reason that he and Luna have some common ground.
I can remember reading a story were Celestia and Velvet were (magically) the parents of little Twilight but Velvet died during childbirth.
But I can't remember the name of it -_-
