The last two chapters of Old Fashioned Love are probably going to be Dash then AJ, as opposed to the order we've been going in. This is because of the significance of the titles of the chapters, which will have a bearing on the way the story closes out.
Dash's final chapter will be titled "And I'll Fly" and AJ's will be "Seeds of the Past"
I wanted there to be double meanings in the songs by using titles of their solo pieces as well as what is contained in them. And I gotta say, AJ is lagging behind in truly solo songs. Dash may only have one, but it's FIRMLY hers. AJ's two - that I could find, that is - have supporting parts that may be short but are still there. I want a song sung by our AppleHorse by her lonesome and right now, dammit!
in seriousness though, I think her next to Starlight was kind of hauntingly sweet. Can we get a solo Glimmy song too?
Sorry, got a bit sidetracked there.
As I was saying, these last two chapters are going to be concurrent-ish. It's gonna be at night when they think the other is asleep, an internal monolog of sorts. I'm going to do a small touch of stream of consciousness in these chapters because that's how our mind works when it wanders.
And at the conclusion of this story, I'm going to take a week and catch up on my readings and start penning A Gem Richly Won as well as Insurgence. So that means one thing:

For example, if placing it between Homecoming and Wooing, please have read Homecoming and Wooing. AU versions are fine as well, and there is no restriction on material this time, though I would still recommend no clop. If and when I introduce clop into my 'Verse, I want it to be under my rules and conventions.
I'm actually interested in seeing how someone would do a lead in from Everfree to Homecoming...I have some ideas but fire away, fans.

Pretty sure I was telling Allykitty that every time someone mentions the Rarity/Applejack pairing, the theme from Green Acres starts playing in my head. Maybe if someone pony-fies the lyrics and sends them to Ashleigh and Tabitha, they might give up a special video, like the ones Michelle Creber does. What'cha think?

Ashleigh may be game, but Tabitha is a bit hard to get ahold of sometimes...and it's Kazumi Evans we want if we need a song...Tabitha I think is the singing voice of Luna, but Kazumi does Rarity.
Though if we did something with an AppleDash spin....she is fond of the ship if her IG and Twitter are any indication...
