Update(s)? Good news(?)

So... Three months since the last.

I figure it's time I told you all a little bit about what's going on. Firstly, I'm just about finished my education as a Teacher. I have been really busy the last while because of assignments all over the freaking place. But I'm mostly done with that, only got a small one left due next wednesday, and then exams about a month from now or so.

But that aside, there's something more important.
I recently found something that should allegedly help my wrists recover. And in the last couple months... the pain has slowly receded. I am able to actually write a bit now. My last assignment, 11 pages long, I wrote entirely by hand, and I noticed hardly any pain whatsoever. So what does this mean?

It means that I am at a point where I feel confident that I can continue Pretence. I don't really have the time or excess energy to do it right now, and I don't want to tempt fate by just going ham at it immediately. I will take it slow, try writing a bit here and there, but otherwise continue to get my wrists to recover, because it finally feels like there is a recovery to be had.
I am not gonna make any promises as to when Pretence will resume, but so help me god, if I have to speak every single word into a shitty microphone using a voice-to-text program, I will finish that story someday.

That being said, I hope you're all doing well and, hopefully, better than me!
