So, this wasn't what I hoped my 400th blog would be...
Saw my GP and he agrees there is something wrong with me. So here is the easiest way to put it.
Imagine I'm running Windows 10 OS and a new update to my balance/equilibrium and since I'm running Windows 10 I didn't have a choice in downloading it and installing it. Well, turns out that update is full of bugs. So now my balance/equilibrium isn't working right anymore.
I've been referred to a special type of rehab called Vestibular rehabilitation which will help but we won't know by how much for awhile.
I'm so very tired all the time so getting any type of writing is hard even if my dizziness wasn't as bad as it is.
This is what I found: According to psychologist, Dr. Rachel Bilgrei, cognitive (and physical) energy is finite for everyone. If you are using a great deal of this energy to maintain equilibrium and stay steady (something that is normally done automatically), it is unlikely that you will have very much left over for other activities. As a result, fatigue sets in. Activities that you used to be able to perform with ease and very little effort now require much more effort, leaving you drained of energy.
So, I have Dragon which may let me work on stuff but I can't tell you how much will get done. If you are interested here is the information i've found about the rehab i'll be doing. So there it is still no plans to cancel but don't expect anything. Any updates will be surprises to both you and I.
I hope it isn't COPD.
Some of the symptoms you described match, but chronic fatigue only comes from an inability for your lungs to get enough oxygen. It doesn't sound like that.
Whatever it is, I hope they pinpoint the issue and are able to help you get back to being happy and healthy.

Lungs are fine, brain is fine. All tests came back fine. It's something to do with my inner ear most likely.
I hope things get better for you.
Yet another reason that Windows 10 is terrible!
Seriously, though, I do hope that the therapy goes well and you recover quickly, Foals.
Here's hopin' things start lookin' up fer ya, have a great night.
Hope the therapy helps, Foals. Hopefully it is a better option any surgery.
Ugh, that's a PITA. Sorry, Foals. Hope the rehab goes well. Feel better!
i've worked with dragon before. it can be rather finicky. but glad you have a plan and that it's just your balance... good luck hope you feel better
Sadly I must use 10 as 7 doesn't have the required libraries for certain VR related games and programs. They can sort of run on 7 but not well (and yes I did try). Anyway, *hugs*
take all the time you need
Best of luck to you, and your rehabilitation.
