You all knew this was coming, surely. It's been coming for a long time. I don't want to get into too many details, but let's just say that the show no longer makes me feel good. It makes me feel bad, and I just don't want to do this anymore. At least not for a while. I want out. I need to get away from all this. I don't expect this to be permanent, but I gotta walk away, and I feel that if I don't put this out as a public thing, then I won't be able to properly let go and really relax. Unless I really go through with it, I'm always going to be stressing about doing more fanwork. I need to make this official. I expect to be back at it, someday, but I don't know when. Note that I'll still check in here fairly often, so if anybody wants to talk or anything, feel free to drop me a line. But don't expect any real content in the near future (as if any of you did, anyway, at this point).
I know there have been a lot of things I've said I'd write that I never did, and for never fulfilling those promises, I am truly sorry. It really bothers me that I never delivered on what I feel like many people followed me in the hopes of seeing. I would love to just pump out all the hundreds of ideas that sit in my folders, but I just can't do it right now. You guys and gals have been wonderful, over the years, and it's been an amazing ride. I can look back on my endeavors here quite fondly. Maybe someday, I'll pick up where I left off and bring you guys some fresh stuff. But for now...

Don't ever think you disappointed folks. You wrote 45 incredible stories and they're great fun.
Take time for yourself. If we see you again, it'll be delightful, if not, you'll find something just as fulfilling and that will be wonderful.
