very, very, very experimental fic continues its slow progress as the deadline for bicyclette's sci-fi contest draws near. these chapters are about on-par with what if in terms of length, but oh boy have they been an interesting experience to write.
yeah so anyway here is my webbed site lol. there's an MC Classic server for building whatever, and an MC Beta 1.7.3 server for playing survival. I might eventually also put up a modern vanilla server as well, though given how I'm hosting a bunch of servers already for friends and a couple of discord servers, idk if the little slab of a PC I'm using to host 'em all would be able to manage lol.
basically got one week left lol. got an experimental fic in the works that's a sort-of direct sequel picking off right where Splintershard ended. no prior reading is necessary.

Apparently I was just feeling lazy. I've started writing the third chapter, and it's gonna include more characters from the list, as well as various other ideas from the blogs.

Were you actually lazy, or were you just in the wrong state of mind for writing the third chapter before? There is a difference, MajorTechie, and lazy isn't usually the first characteristic that pops into my mind when I think about you.
4439725 It's kinda both. I typically like to spend much of my free time watching youtube or looking up some random thing on Google. At the same time, I (still) have a mild case of Writers' block. But then I remembered that the entire point of the 75 follower special was to write the most random thing ever, so...

Well, somewhere along the line you decided that this was a suitable allotment of your free time. I don't feel that explanation alone would qualify you as being lazy, unless you are consciously avoiding it? Lazy is one of those words that I personally find people misappropriating to others to justify something they're doing as being the 'wrong' thing instead of 'what they should be doing'. Someone being lazy is someone who is unwilling to do work, not someone who is entertaining themselves. Maybe I'm just being cynical to justify why I think watching youtube is anything but being lazy, who knows?
