    It's late

But my brain isn't quiet. I'm stoned out of my goddamn gourd. Don't worry, it is just my usual regimen of drugs. That's how I spent a lot of my time now. Wasted. Doesn't really help with the pain much, but makes it a bit more tolerable. All of my drugs cost over 5 grand a month. That's what it takes to keep me going. I'm in somewhat better shape because of all of it, and there's a few bright

    Cyborgification is potentially a-go

Finally found a doctor that didn't run screaming upon seeing my spine images and xrays. The team is coming together. Met with the neurosurgeon the other day, and he thinks I am an ideal candidate for augmentation. The transition is happening, I think. I still have to pass a psych evaluation and other steps, but I am closer now than ever. First I'll have the trial run; they'll sink electrodes into

    Today, life changes forever.

It's been a long, long road to get to this point. A big thank you to everyone who has been with me during this journey.

I suppose it is time for an update

Been meaning to this, and I've become the King of Pro-Crasty Nation. I kept wanting to report, but there was nothing to report, no good news at all, so I just... didn't. Sorry. Went a bit silent on my end. It just sorta happened.

I finally got a lawyer willing to take up my case. After that, things started happening.

Princess Twilight Sparkle and the Quesadilla Conquest · 5:56am Feb 22nd, 2017

Is done.

And I don't know how I feel about it yet. I had a lot of fun writing it, some of it was quite emotional, and it helped me to recharge my writing batteries. How does that work, you ask? I have no idea. I write and sometimes, some of the things I write recharge the batteries and allows me to keep writing.

I think that short stories like Princess Twilight Sparkle and the Quesadilla Conquest will help me get through Skyreach, which I'm already quite neurotic about. I have a few more stories planned for this part of the timeline in the Weedverse, but I don't know which of them I will be able to write. There are a few though.

I feel really weird right now. It's nice to have another story done.

good time as any to read it all in one go

PTSatQS was actually one of my favorites. It was nice to see a glimpse into the characters and personas of the other Mane 6 who don't usually get much 'screen time' in the Weedverse.

More than that, I mean, there were just so many hilarious moments that I'd get derailed trying to recount them all, but it was a fun ride :yay:

Ok, now you've gone and done it... I'M HUNGRY! :flutterrage: Casadillas..... mmmmm.... omnomnomnom...

:pinkiehappy:

I'd say you've done another bang-up job and feeling proud would be the appropriate feeling to have, especially because it sounds like it's helped you to refresh your own perspective. Your writing method seems kind of similar to my own - multiple stories, slightly scattered, but definitely with the plot points in mind. If that's so, then I can appreciate the need to branch off, and the tricky balancing act of making sure one story doesn't have many spoilers for the others.

Side note: Dunno if you noticed, but both Dogged Determination and The Mask Makes the Pony are both in the featured box. :)

Congratulations on getting two in there at the same time. :D Not many writers can say they managed that.
