I would also hope I'm not in the clouds if I'm a pegasus, because... well, I'd be stuck up there trying to figure out a safe way to get down without falling to my death! XD But if I ended up in a safe location, like say Ponyville. I'd walk in, make friends, solve the mystery as to why I ended up there, and if possible, hook up with best pony. If all that fails, drown my sorrows at Sugarcube Corner.
I would also make friends. That's usually the most important thing to do!
I would be like "AHHHH ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE GONE!" And then go and explore
Initially I'd freak out and probably have trouble knowing how to walk. I don't think people realize how difficult that would be.

4435703 1st Ive lost all knowledge on how my body works, 2nd I can be swayed by the heat cycle (assuming im male and that I also wake up in Equestria), 3rd all the family and friends I have ever known are gone, 4th I would have to find a cutie mark, And that mark would be my ticket to finding work, 5th I could never truly adjust to the body I found myself inside.
