Situation Update · 11:02pm Jan 24th, 2017
Greetings my faithful readers, it is I, your author speaking. Just wanting to let you all know that I am in fact still kicking, and so is Moving Day. I felt it was necessary to inform you all of this, as I've noticed some people adding Moving Day to their bookshelves that pertained to dead fics.
One guy even had one labeled "Undead".
Haha, funny guy.
In all seriousness, though, I've got some good news and bad news.
The good news is that over the winter break I made some headway on the next chapter, the bad news is that I was constantly running into motivation and writer's block issues. On top of that, I'm back at school now, luckily it's my last semester. However, that also means I'm going to need to start looking for a job soon, which will bring its own problems. However, that is a matter for future me to worry about. In the meantime, what does this mean for you guys?
Well....I'm going to make an effort to get back to work on Moving Day, though don't expect quick updates...not that you ever expected them in the first place seeing as how slow I am. Anyways, point is, I'm going to be working a little bit on Moving Day, almost every day, though the story is going to stay on hiatus until I feel I've got a good rhythm down with regular updates.
And with that said, I'll see you all in the next chapter, (whenever that'll be).

I named mine, "Schrödinger's shelf" but your fic will never go on it as long as you're still blogging, replying to comments, shouting, "I don't want to go on the cart!" etc.
Take as long as you need. Just let us know you're still alive, once in a while.
4395564 Lol, that's a good one! But as a mini update, chapter 8 has now been sent off to the prereaders, but I don't know how long it will take for them to get through it, so yeah.
I hate that myself, when people put a story into a "dead" folder or something. Even AFTER it's been updated!
Huh, never got around to adding Moving Day to my Graveyard of Lost Souls and Abandoned Fics bookshelf... Oh well.
