TL;DR Chapter is finished, just gotta edit it.
Hey everyone! Long time no read. I'm still alive.
I'm not going into a huge tirade despite what the title may suggest, I don't any right to do that. I will say that I've been a little busy doing other things regarding stuff that I enjoy (and I've been enjoying, funny enough) but that doesn't mean I've given up on writing! Not at all.
I'm sure there is authors here who have written something for so long that they get tired of looking at it, no matter how invested you may be; I'm talking about me by the way.
Anyway, I haven't stopped writing either. If you are reading this, be happy to know that the next chapter of that one story I'm actually updating is finished, but I'm working out some kinks, and getting ready for the finale, which was planned to be released alongside this one—things just didn't go my way.
Maybe after this I can get back to the other story of mine... it doesn't deserve to be stopped the way it is! And after that, maybe, just maybe... I can write different horsie related stuff!
Yeah, that is not going away anytime soon.

PS: I might write a Christmas story again.

I don't think anyone can blame you for getting tired of a story you've been chipping away at for three years. I look forward to seeing the thrilling conclusion, whenever it may come.
