So I'm working on my MLP Christmas video still, and so far it's alright. Decided to try making up my own 'pony puppets' by using referential vectors as sort of guidelines from web searches so I can breeze through the making of the animation and have more chance to get it out in time for Christmas, and currently I'm on a part in the video where I want to have Mr and Mrs Cake take a tray of Christmas tree cookies out of an oven and put them on the counter to cool before Pinkie Pie pops up behind them with the babies.
I've just been ranting and raging at myself for ten minutes straight for not being able to properly draw them taking the tray out of the oven with their teeth together, and it just occurred to me that I could instead have them take the effing tray out with their hooves. Like almost every other pony in the show usually does

Sweet Celestia, I'm so stupid it's a wonder I'm not dead yet...if this animation doesn't even attract a hundred views let alone the minimal thousand i'm hoping for then I will know I deserve to see my video fail after tonight's retard moment.
I'm gonna go add another cut to my forearm as punishment for being a mongaloid and then I'll get back to work.

4305403 it's probably the lack of sleep. I've been going to bed at around 3 to 4 in the morning this week. I really want to make something decent out of my animation style...if you can call it that.
4305406 i'm using this as a break from the animation work. Do I even have to right to call what I'm doing 'animation'? I'm not using fancy expensive equipment; it's Photoshop, Windows Movie Maker, and a project folder with currently 290 different frames in it.
Then again things are moving in the video I've cobbled together thus far, so actually I guess it does count as animation, albeit just not as awesome as other peoples, but we all have different art styles, right?
