One of the ways I work on conlangs is picking particular phrases and translating them. With Wavetongue, I've only got a few phrases. Maybe you guys could give me a few expressions you want the sirens to say in their native speech?
Maybe the classic "You're the worst" exchange between Aria and Sonata?
Let's go for a variety of situations. Pick any or all:
Are you going to eat that kelp?
Charps approaching on the left flank.
Go (expletive) yourself with a sea cucumber.
The difference between you and coral is that coral has an actual use.
Go play in a jellyfish swarm.
"They don't know how to use the three seashells?"
*Decend into laughter*

I have not seen the film, surprisingly enough.
You never go trench deep.
Crazier than a dolphin. (Seriously - dolphins are NUTS)
"Fighting a mantis shrimp" as an idiom for audacity approaching suicidal ideation.
