Random Question to the Readers. · 12:33pm Sep 8th, 2016
This is a question to all readers, those of When a Pony Calls, the Alchemist's Heart, and the Alchemist and the Mirror, but since I could only tag one story, I tagged the one that I imagine this blog post will reach the most of.
When we read stories, it is not uncommon for us to develop a mental voice for individual characters. Sometimes they're well defined, while other times they merely differ only in imagined pitch. Whatever the case, this often leads to us having head-canons for individual voices.
That brings me to my question. When you read the adventures of Silver Script, what does her voice sound like in your head? Do you give her an accent? Is she gruff or soft? Or maybe you just have a specific voice actor your brain uses for her voice? Tell me about it, because it's always interesting to hear about how others perceive characters.
[My head-canon is that Silver Script's voice is a cross between Nowacking, and voice actress Laura Bailey's voice option in the Saint's Row games.]
I imagine her voice as a woman who in mid-30's with little bit gruff and deeper tone.
I picture it being like an older Pauley Perrette.
4198641 Alright, your headcanon is much better than mine. Silver Abby... All she's really missing is her Gibbs.
For me it's between Nowacking and Abby from NCIS for normal Silver. Psyco Silver is more like Nowacking with the gruf of Gibbs from the same show as she growls.
4198733 So basically, when silver broke, she was kinda like Nowacking's rendition of Revy in her Black Lagoon parody, Dark Swamp?
4198741 give or take yeah.
