First on the Agenda

Ghostbusters

It's not that bad of a film. There are quite a few funny parts. I thought it would be something of a "Dark Knight Returns" kind of film, with it being a sequel to the TV series "Extreme Ghostbusters" (the show with the style to the Men in Black and Godzilla Animated Series). It's worth a watch, especially if you want to see Chris Hemsworth being funny.

Second, Last but Not Least

From what I can see in this trailer

1) Camp Everfree is a Senior Retreat Site. Makes sense, since my high school had a Kairos retreat.

2) However, Snips and Snails are there with Trixie. Unless I see the Crusaders in a ten minute preview, I would assume for the moment that they volunteered to come.

3) If not going to be closed down for not being maintained, then perhaps the scary stories regarding Gaia Everfree actually become fact is what keeps a majority of residents from coming. Why else did Celestia and Luna volunteer? Because Gloriosa and Timber are the only employees there.

4) Since the Rainbooms could use their abilities after being so close to a source of magic without any appearance of physical equestrian features, maybe in a flashback, there could be an explanation that human based magics did in fact exist at one point and the area in the cave could serve like a leaked nuclear reactor.

5) Perhaps Gaia sees the campers as trespassers, and was so close to getting the camp shut down until the Seniors arrived.

How will that affect the Jongojiverse?

1) The magic cave explains the presence of monsters in forested areas.

2) There is a bit of a loose end involving Trixie. Perhaps I'll work that into the story.

3) If the Crusaders don't appear in the movie, I would have them join the Maximals in their week long vacation in the dinosaur world.

4) With that in mind, provided you have read the most recent chapter of The Rubicon, you know what I would do with Cogsworth while they are away.

For now, I leave my most recent story (hopefully) on a high note. Like I said, I will continue to write chapters for The Rubicon with the intent on finishing it by my first anniversary here.

In the meantime, continue to read, like, and comment on my stories. I may work on The New Timeline and The Rubicon here and there, but for the most part, I am going to rest on writing stories. Perhaps I would post previews, but not so much as to spoil them.

Breath Deep, Seek Peace. :ajsmug:
