I didn't like Sunset Shimmer that much, but when Rainbow Rocks showed her as a hero, she became one of my favorite humans in EQG.
I didn't really like the Shadowbolts that much unless we get to see them as the good guys like Sunset Shimmer. Then maybe there's hope for them.
If Timber Spruce is a new love interest for Human Twi, I would be pretty okay with that.
