Mine is Zenyatta. I have a story behind him too!
First off, I've never actually played Overwatch before. I'm waiting for a price drop before I get it.
Second, I'm playing as Zenyatta the second I boot up the game. I have two reasons for this.
Reason #1:
Someone's gotta be the healer/support, so it might as well be me.I am absolute SHIT on the front lines of really any game whatsoever. That's why you always hear me talking about being a mage in an RPG, or a behind-the-scenes kinda guy during matches. I'm better suited behind the actual front line dudes healing them whenever they need it and support whenever the enemy gets too close. Of course, I'm always up for some fucking around with people, and Zenyatta fills this love of support characters perfectly. He's both good at healing and causing mayhem, which can be a big advantage for your team.
His Orbs of Discord increase damage dealt to an enemy by 50%, and his Orbs of Harmony have the power to heal allies over time. And his ultimate power is Transcendence, which creates a 10 meter radius area that heals nearby allies and himself. Not to mention he's also immune to damage for about 6 seconds. But of course, Zenyatta has his weaknesses as well. For one his health is pathetic, only being 50. But what really kicks it is Zenyatta's way of healing and doing damage: he can only support so long as he is looking at a friend or foe. That means there won't be too much moving around for him, and makes him one of the most difficult heroes to master.
That being said, I'll play around with him a bit and see if I'm any good with him.
Reason #2:
Someone actually compared me to Zenyatta.Yeah, someone actually compared one of my deviantART comments to how Zenyatta would talk. Crazy, right? How could I NOT play as Zenyatta now? Might as well just call me "SuperZenyatta" or whatever!

Yeah, but I DO hear he's hard to play as. I'll give him a few rounds and see if I like him or not.
Junkrat is my go-to hero! I'm just so good with him in so many situations. I even manage to counter his counters from time to time! That and his insanity and love for explosions rivals that of my own!

Bastion or Torbjorn. I usually play those types of characters in other games.
I have a few, personally.
1. Reaper. As I said in the EWG, we have a lot in common: We're both megalomaniac assholes who like shotguns, the color black, and sarcasm. We teleport out of nowhere, and can fuck up everyone's day by jumping in the middle of a group and pressing a button.
2. Genji... I like his sword. Give me his fucking sword plz.
3. Tracer. She's fun, I like her personality, and DAT ASS.
