Beaver dam it! Fluttershy's family episode is THIS weekend?!? OMG. I am failure. My next chapter is all ABOUT her and her parents. Dang. Dangdanghotdiggitydang.
I mean I knew I'd be off-canon but I was hoping to have it the chapter published before this episode. Gah.
EDIT: Wait. I did mention them chapter eight though, because of the photo album...Soooo. Can't go back on that whether I had known that or not. So....I'm KINDA safe.
My first thought when we saw her shy father and mother my first thought was "Listen to all those headcanons fall and get buried into the ground." It's always a beautiful sound. Heck, even mine was, though I wasn't keen on writing it or anything, heh.
Know how you feel. More than one of my stories has taken a hit from Canon-fire. (Hard to have a believable chapter about the 'Griffin Empire' when they are basically living in squalor.
) Worst case scenario, add the AU tag, and just keep going. Sometimes it's all we can do.

Heh. Well I think I might try to hold off watching it (painful as that may be because FINALLY, a Fluttershy episode) until the chapter is finished. So I don't let it potentially mess me up. XD
Either way I'm still very excited for the next chapter!
