I made chimichangas. I stewed some chicken in salsa verde and some butter, waited until it fell apart into tender, stringy bits, and then dumped in some refritos. I let everything cook together until I had a mess of chicken and refritos. Spooned that into tortillas, rolled them, fried them, and then let them drain. Afterwards, I smothered them in nummy stuff like sour cream, guacamole, and cheese.

And now? Now the music is starting. Good thing the windows are open. I've become the hispanic panic.
