When it Rains; It floods! · 6:43pm Apr 21st, 2016

Hello everyone.

Chapter eight of echoing silence is being bounced back and forth with my editor on the development of the situation concerning the Den, Equestria and the Crystal Empire.

I want to take some time out and hope that those trapped in the floods in Texas are staying safe and hopefully dry! We had some hard flooding here and I'm not even in houston anymore!

Stay safe everyone!

When do you think it'll be ready to be uploaded/posted?

I want to say I've binge read through your story and loved it! Thanks for putting aside the time to write it!

May time and hopes favor everyone equally for great outcomes.

It wasn't that bad, flooding only came up to my driveway. Best thing about it was my school district closing for three days.

Right now, I'm waiting on feedback, so I'm unsure.

I know that parts of Houston are underwater. Hwy 6 is expected to be underwater for a few days and Katy ISD and Cy-Fair ISD are both closed for the remainder of the week as of right now. Its taking some people 3 to 4 hours to get to work when it usually takes them 30 minutes. That's more of the reason why I wrote this. I have family over there and up until a month ago, I was living in Houston myself.

3887268 Where we live, its usually not the issue of floods, but weather getting bottleneck and forming twisters that gouge out sections. A few places a bit southward have the flood issue, and its bad when it happens. But I do understand how it can be for natural weather being a right jerk.

Yikes! I hope everyone can keep safe and dry as possible!

Looking forward to the next update! Things are shaping up to be... interesting! :pinkiecrazy:

We'll see how the weekend goes, but I imagine my editing can be completed by Sunday. Barring that all hell does not break loose first.
