My First Equestria Girls Story (And New Part Info)

I've literally wanted to write this thing ever since Friendship Games. While I doubt Suri would get straight into design stealing in high school (she'd likely walk that path later in life), I wouldn't put her above plagiarizing stuff. I'll start working on it now so I can actually get it out around mid-May AKA when most people will actually have finals coming up. So this might be the first-ever FiMFiction story where you can read about finals to put off your own finals.

Also...I've been a bit busy IRL, so I'm going to start working on the new part fairly soon. It'll probably come out sometime next week, but I still have no clue who the new producer for the play will be. (I know he/she will likely be an OC, but all other details are unknown.) That makes writing a part specifically about finding the new producer a pain...

But the part after that will be an Apple family reunion thing, and I'd like to get it out before MWBF this year, because it's really climatic. This way, if you're going to the con, you can get mad at me for pulling a bad twist in person!

Also, liked the new episode, and Ember especially. The whole thing was very SAO-esque to me (hero teams up with Tsundere to get past a video game-like atmosphere), except Spike isn't a Gary-Stu and Ember doesn't suffer from Asuna's characterization problems in the second half of the first season. Which gives the two shipped together a vibe like the original, but more shippable IMO. Yay!

Halfway through the episode, though, I thought to myself, "Ember's face looks like Sonata's in her siren form." And, as much as I like Ember and Spike together, I also have a new fire/water crackship.

...plus, considering that the name "Ember" gives me a huge Danny Phantom nostalgia rush, and considering what that Ember was like, her being with a siren is kinda suiting.

The fact that someone actually drew this gives me renewed faith in humanity.
