Users Who Write The Same Story Over And Over Again · 6:29am Apr 14th, 2016
Note: I'm not naming anyone and don't bring up any names.
Yes, I know I'm one to talk (seeing how many of my fan fictions are rather similar and I probably will write more similar stories in the future) but still.
Does it annoy you somewhat when a writer writes basically the same story over and over again?
Even me, Bendy, who writes the same story quite a bit like to change things up every so often. But, I've seen some very popular writers, write the same story over and over again.
That would depend greatly on the manner of their rewrite - whether they seek to retell the exact same story, or whether they bring something new to it.
Look at it from this perspective.... Once a writer reaches a certain number of stories created it creates a perpetual loop of pessimistic flac ... Haters gonna hate but if peeps like your stuff why not give them what they want ..
Not sayin I don't believe writing style shouldn't progress as more creative stories are made, growth is key to success ...so I don't condone laziness when writing fics... At least put a lil effort in 'em don't pump out crud
Unless that was the intention... Aim for down vote ( thumb )
It doesn't really matter if the story is rewritten, many great things come from doing stuff like that.
Like Devil May Cry or Halo, both are awesome games but their plot remains intact, regardless of the game being played.
What's important when doing rewrites is how you try to improve or spice things up (as it were) add more things that make the stories development unexpected and fun, use social memes that are outdated for the characters to make them seem either dumb, stupid or funny. But, what I, as an amateur writer, would suggest, is try to ask for advice every now and then; who knows who might surprise you with an interesting idea or concept
Tatsorou, that other guy who writes superheroes in Equestria and Bucking nonesense with his "human in villain" fics. They are utterly boring besides the first read.
