Naturally, it's very hard to kill an alicorn. When the Equestrian forces were preparing the mass teleportation spell to evacuate, Luna singly handly fought against the human armies on her own dealing damage after damage until the generators finally activated in the area. This made Luna lose her magic and she slowly fell to gunfire and explosions. Twilight, under great risk, retreived her body but she as already dead by the time they came back to Equestria.

Big Mac was a solider and died during the human invasion into Equestria. Vinyl and Octavia stayed out of the war, Vinyl supporting humanity while Octavia supported Equestria, but both still remained friends. They became refugees during the war and later started a new life in America after the war ended still doing what they love.

I can't spoil about Apple Bloom or Scootaloo, but I can tell you that Sweetie Belle is dead from the bombing of Ponyville.
Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon are also dead during the siege of Canterlot. They killed themselves because they felt the humans were going to rape and kill them. That and they lost everything and had nothing to live for.

And will Rainbow Dash and Applejack be executed or is there a chance Twilight and Fluttershy can knock some sense into them and make them see reason? Even going as far as saying their family wouldn't want them to do this and would be very disappointed in them if they didn't stop? Not to mention they no longer have reason to fight anymore as the war ended the moment Equestria died and Celestia was executed with everypony else living peaceful with humanity like they should've in the first place.
Lasty with all the spells they have couldn't Twilight somehow go back in time at one point and basically warn Celestia not to go down this path as it'll only end up destroying Equestria and killing her and Luna as well as Cadence and most of Equestria's population and that peace is very much possible? They could just use someone like Tirek or Grogar as a substitute enemy for humanity to focus on. Can't go wrong with a magic absorbing Frieza based centaur and/or demonic goat necromancer with an army of undead to cause humanity to unite finally. Could also with humanity's help figure out how to teleport everyone else to Earth so they don't die from the sun dying out.

Time Travel spells cannot work because the spells were designed for a specific time stream aka Equestrian Time Stream in a different universe where time and space follow different laws an physics then ours. Trying the spell doesn't work since it doesn't recognize the time stream at all in our universe and thus it's useless

They stayed friends because they never let it ruin their friendship similar to how friends who are right wing and left wing can get along,
I was gonna ask about Korea; not even a magical alien invasion would be enough to peacefully reunify the Korean peninsula imho. North Korea is just that fucked up. Your scenario is pretty good although it would require the war to either take place 30+ years from now or handwave some teen pregnancy additions to the Kim family. Reunification would be a generational struggle.

How would some of the deceased characters reacted had they known the truth of Celestia's plan and what humanity was actaully like prior to the first spat of violence between Equestria and Earth. The ones I'm particularly interested in hearing about (not in any particular order) would be
Luna, Shining Armor, Cadance, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and The Crusaders.
Hearing our still living rebels reaction would be interesting to.
Also while you've already mentioned some of this already in your previous answers what have the other Equestrian defectors: Flash Sentry, Moondancer, Carrot Top, Derpy Hooves, and Braeburn (the ones you listed in negotiations) been up to aside from avoiding their species version of TR 8R / FN 2199
Also what was a certain Doctor up to during the conflict (I have no idea on that answer as we have no idea on just what kind of doctor we're dealing with when we're talking about him.)
Finally on a more lighthearted note, when is the Ken Burns style special on this war coming out?
