New IYGALL-Verse Story Out Soon (IMPORTANT BLOG POST)

Good news: I finally finished something fanfiction related over the weekend and am very close to sending it all you guys' way. Bad news: this is going to be a fair bit more complicated than any of you might be expecting. In fact, it could very well be the most controversial thing I've ever written. This week, I will be providing you with official IYGALL cut content.

New Let Somepony Love You Out Soon!

The Imperfect Storm draft took me longer than expected, but eventually, the global pandemic made me realize I had to get it done sooner or later. And so, I'm back on FiMFiction (for a limited time, at least, more about that in a bit), and ready to update my stories!

Have I Ever Told You How Much I Love... · 2:58am Mar 28th, 2016

...that "Grandmare" is a hugely layered pun? I mean, not only is there the usual horse wordplay, but the way it sounds just like the French "grand-mère"? As a language student, I thought that was the funniest moment out of all of them.

Also loved little details like how Sunburst is book-smart, but not skills-smart. That's how I can be in my business courses, and from conversations with other students, his problems are super relatable.

And my biggest worry for the premiere, that Flurry Heart's magic would directly cause the storm like if Elsa's powers were at that level when she was a baby, turned out to be unfounded. Breaking the Crystal Heart is a lot more believable somehow. The blame for that was solely in the advertising.

New part this week, either Wednesday or Thursday, depending on how busy I am. Oh, and my next one-shot will likely be one of these four:

Polishing Pyrite
Editing My Life
Spitfire at Times
You and the Moon and Neptune (back at it with the pop music references...)

Details about them will be disclosed in a little while. But strangely enough, all but Pyrite will carry the Sad tag (for some reason that worries me a bit).
