Today is the 22 of March. It is the second day of spring, It is my birthday, which I share with Captain Kirk (Happy B-day Shatner)
As for the reason I haven't been updating for pretty much the entirety of March, I have a good reason.
Not quite yet anyway. I actually take possession of the house March 31st. It's been a whirlwind of a month finding a house, getting financing in order (Had to jump through flaming hoops for that one. Banks are simply absurd with their circus demands. Yes yes, look at the griffin jump through hoops, we're mildly entertained, okay, you can buy a house now. Bring on the next plebeian who seeks our approval.) And pretty much just getting all the other crap in line, I've had my mind on other things.
Just today I spent $2000 on furniture, a microwave, a toaster, mop, and a whole bunch of other stuff I'll need.
So basically, I won't be updating till I actually move in, and once I do I won't have internet right away (a week maybe?) so no April Fools Day chapter (I much dislike people who do those anyway, not updating in forever and making us wait, then taunting us with not a real chapter)
It's gonna be great though. I work the night shift, so I won't have to deal with filthy sun people waking me up when I'm trying to sleep, it's closer to work, so less time/effort to get there = additional laziness, I'll be in charge of groceries and cooking my own food, so I can eat THE SOULS OF THE INNOCENT spaghetti every day if I feel like it. (Insert Papyrus here)
It may be small, but I will have enough room to have a few people over, and besides, I like small anyway. I'm practically claustraphillic.
In unrelated news, today, I feel silly. Very very silly. I feel the silliest I've felt in a long time. Possibly because I was up all last night working, got 3 hours of sleep, then spent two-thousand dollars, and it's now 4pm, (which for me, is like 2 am) Yes, that must be it.
For some reason I can’t help but be reminded of Stannis in the Iron bank of Braavos
But yea, day walkers are a strange folk.

Ah, the joy off a new home. Its like it was yesterday. Negotiating the price, finding the furniture, paying all your savings for it and the horror thats called the big move. Good memories. Having a home off your own is the best thing that can happen to a person for one thing mostly. PRIVACY
