Quantum Castaways broke 1000 favorites today, for anyone who actually cares about that kind of stuff. Not bad, for a two character MLP story whose largest piece of action to date has involved running from a star wars critter.
The thing that I love? Well, aside from all of you guys, that is...
The fact that I have worked the phrases:
"fucked like a demon"
and
"stop, I'll pee"
Into a MLP story without bursting into flames.
Also Twilight being vomited in by a dinosaur is fucking hilarious to me. I don't know why. I've been wanting to write that scene for a month now. Seriously, I think the rootscrapers EXIST mostly for THAT scene.
I'm such a kid.
I have no problem with that.
A fulfilling purpose.
There's always that line or two that an author loves the most when they manage to work it in. I'll give you props for those two by the way. Especially one coming from Twilight...

Well, theoretically the way it was written, it could have been Marshall saying it, but I know what my preference is. I think it's funny if Marshall said it, but fucking hilarious if it was Twi.
I once met a man who I described as 'a demented 5-year-old with a Ph.D. [in Astrophysics]'.
I see you as a demented 5-year-old with a Ph.D. [in literature], WITHOUT A PH.D!!
...
That is all.
Much as I'd love to read the new chapter right now, I unfortunately have to wait. Though I expect it to be quite worth the time.
Keep the good work coming.

That's just unpleasant no matter who you are.
Baby birds notwithstanding.
I can't shake the feeling someone/pony else is going to show up next. Dunno why, but. . . its there. I'll just have to see where this next goes hmm?

I agree, they get along quite well enough for that to be a possible direction.
That's one of the things I love about your story so much. The fact that you can incorporate lines and situations that will make me cry laughing, while still keeping up a serious air while needed, is a major feat indeed. I can safely state that this is either my second favorite, if not, my favorite fic to this date. Can't wait for the next chapter!
