On Tags, Crossovers, and Schedules · 9:53pm Feb 8th, 2016
Ok, so lets get the quick one out of the way: Should my story include a "Tragedy" tag if it doesn't end "badly", as in "the bad guy wins". I was considering using "Sad", but sad seems more about "emotional distress" not "coping with the horrors of war". So, what do you guys think?
Ok next, to everyone who wants a crossover, I've made a guide for you all:
The Mighty Warrior of Epicness
Crossover availability = None
Reason = Complete
For Glory! For Equus! For Epicness!
Crossover availability = Very little, bordering on none.
Reason = Plans have been made for at least a year and though there may be some leeway, especially if someone drops out, I've got pretty much every slot that I want filled already filled.
Gilgamesh and Enkidu's Multiverse Hopping
Crossover availability = Very high, bordering on guaranteed.
Reason = This part is after the previous story ends and involved Gilgamesh and his new companion traveling the multiverse for quite some time, so it will consist of almost nothing but crossovers. You may have noticed Gilgamesh popping up here or there, and those crossovers basically follow in this category. This will close up at some point, but it likely won't be soon. Even still, I can't promise that things will happen anytime soon.
The Epic Return
Crossover availability = High, but tentative.
Reason = This is after Gilgamesh returns to his Equus after traveling the multiverse. Though crossovers will once again be extremely available I do need to make sure crossovers won't interfere with the continuity I have planned.
Finally, my schedule for what comes next.
1. Write and post the next, and probably last, chapter of "My Giant Robot: Friendship is Awesome." That chapter has already been started.
2. Edit latest chapters of "I Just Want A Quiet Life", "Coming Up OOO" and " The ⑨ Chronicles" before submitting them to "Displaced" for approval.
3. Complete the introductory arcs for the above stories, which consists of one chapter for each.
4. Next chapter of "For Glory! For Equus! For Epicness!".
5. Submit the first chapter of "The Equestrian Koopa King"
6. TBA
So yeah, hope some of those get you excited. Later peeps!

But yeah, it's important for you to write down enough chapters to get your story up and running. Don't let the pressures of crossovers interfere with what you want to do!
Tragedy is where almost every or every major character dies, so no. A tragic scenario is an almost certainly hopeless one.

I am so excited for The Equestrian Koopa King.
I would like to book a spot somewhere here. Blood Cleaver is also somewhat of a Universe jumper, only getting tied to one universe about now in the story she's active in. And, she's also hoping to meet Gilgamesh. (Already have a planned crossover with Kat, so she'l have something to speak of.)

From the wiki page, tragedy "is a form of drama based on human suffering that invokes an accompanying catharsis or pleasure in audiences." Basically, a large focus on the human condition in a very drama centered narrative that brings attention to strong emotions from within the audience themselves.
It's mostly up to you whether tragedy fits the theme or not but the categories for the story should fit the overall theme, that is, on a very general level, of what the readers can expect from the story. Unfortunately, I haven't actually caught up to the most recent chapter yet. So I can't really give any advice on one way or the other.

Hey there, though my story is currently on hiatus, I was planning on calling Gilgamesh for a battle against my OC.
Will it be possible? I'm kinda curious to see how this battle will turn out.
