I supported City of Titans through their Kickstarter, giving the funds necessary to purchase software and hardware for their development. I was going to be a developer on the project, but there were some issues when the project was first setting up that ended up pushing me away, in addition to other commitments in my life at the time. When the Kickstarter went up, I figured if I couldn't support the effort by contributing my talents, I could at least contribute some money. (I'll be helping to design one of the mission-giving NPCs in the game and one of the exploration badges, on top of getting my name on the in-game "sponsor's wall" and various personal perks and a two-month headstart.)
But none of that is why I'm making this blog post. This is all about a piece of concept art that was in their New Year's Eve update on Kickstarter, which absolutely tickled me:
