Happy Christmas, everypony!
I'll admit that I fell off the writing wagon a bit after I exhausted my buffer of completed chapters for Stargate Tail. I'm planning to post Chapter 9 soon, though, so that's a Christmas present from me to all of you. 
I'm personally about 12 hours away from opening presents with my family, but I'm sure there are people out there who have already begun Christmas proper. I did do Secret Santa at work, though, so I've gotten some presents already.
My Secret Santa gave me the excellent game Splendor -- I'd played it before and liked it, but didn't own it until now. They also gave me a copy of the official Doctor Who cookbook. It's got everything from a gingerbread K-9 to a cake Pandorica to Dalek cupcakes. I'm thinking about making one of the dishes inside to eat while watching the Christmas special tomorrow. We'll miss you, Peter Capaldi!
The profile I got for my own gift-ee said, among other things, that he liked Star Wars and that his favorite gift ever was an otter toy from an aquarium. So I gave him a copy of Star Wars Galaxy magazine issue #10 from 1997, which has this as cover art:
You like Star Wars and otters? Have a picture of Han Solo punching an otter alien!
I also bought him Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game for a less joke-y gift.
