The Catch, chapter 30 · 3:31am Dec 23rd, 2015
Some of the major story elements have been revealed. It helps to have read The Chase, but it is not entirely necessary. That said, paying attention to the details in The Catch are of vital importance.
For those of you who aren't in the know:
Cerise (Bloody) Velvet - great x grandmother of both Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer.
Starjammer - great x grandfather of Sunset Shimmer, but not of Twilight Sparkle. (Sunset's ties to House Avarice and House Evening Star, and Sunset's direct connection to the Platinum Bloodline as well as You Know Who.
Skeeter - great x grandfather to a certain rainbow maned pegasus.
Rye Mash and Mousy - great x grandparents of Berry Punch and Sour Mash.
Things are going to start moving a bit faster now.
Things are going to be weird and crazy. Really. Even by my standards. But it helps if you pay attention, otherwise, when a certain reveal happens, you won't know what is going on and you'll be left scratching your head.
As a side note, well be meeting our first mechagriffon soon. Bucky fought one over the griffon airbase in chapter 311. That one was a leftover from the days of Rye Mash. I can't wait to write about them. I wonder if anybody even remembers the mechagriffon that Bucky fought. 
but I fell behind on The Chase due to life and am now rereading it........tell me kudzuhaiku will I ever Catch up?

Ya mean the thing with a hollowed out unicorn powering it, that went toe to toe with Bucky in his armor, on the griffin airship? Yeah I remember that.
No, I don´t. I barely remember a fight with a mecha-monstruosity that was almost capable of shred Bucky´s almighty armour of badaness like it was made of WET thin paper. Nope, no memory of such freaghtining scene at all.

Ok, gimme two seconds to put my brain in second gear. That thing was a relic of the past !? Not an upgraded and fully functional version !?!? And, even so, we almost got ourselves a plate of Buck Sushi !?!?!? WHAT !?
