You're probably wondering why the third NHIE is taking so long. Mostly because I'm trying to come up with ideas with how to do it. I was gonna include the shadowbolts but tbh they turned out boring and bland and even I can't make them into interesting characters. What's probably going to happen is that I'm going to continue with thr original storyline. (As in horse twi instead of sci twi) but idk. What do you guys think? Should it be sci twi instead of horse twi? Or should it be both?

And horse Twi discovers that - despite being a total closet case - even she's been more adventurous.
Maybe you can take a read of Jay The Brony's story Of Shadowbolts and Wondercolts. He brings some interesting light to the shadowbolts characters. And maybe you should bring in both sci-twi and pony-twi. That would be trippy.
Both I would think. Would be very interesting to see how both react to each others answers.
Do both Twi's! That should make for some interesting dialog. Sci-Twi can find out that not only is her pony counterpart a bit more outgoing then her, you could also reveal that Sunset and pony-Twi are now sex friends with Fluttershy (accidently) reveling that she knows and Rainbow Dash being jealous. Have a drunk Sunset hit on both the Twi's and proudly and loudly claim that she is Twisexual!
Maybe this one can finally end in that drunk lesbo orgy that you've been dangling in front of our faces.
You should do both Twilights and have Sci Twi doing a lot of things under the guise of "experiments" and everyone else freak out a little because they are used to pony Twi. Also if you do end up adding the shadowbolts then they could have hilarious reactions or some of them could have already known and they could be jokingly accused of corrupting Sci Twi but that's only an if and to be honest the shadowbolts had no characterization so there is not much you can do with them.
Do both, but somehow work in the whole Fluttershy watching Twilight and Sunset in "Keep Quiet"

Maybe at some point, have Sci-twi say something along the lines of "Never have I ever, made out with or had sex with someone in this room" and to everyone shock/amazement, both Pony-twi and Sunset answer to that question. It's just a thought though. Anyway, I am looking forward to when the next installment of this story is posted.
Gotta vote both Twilights, for the opportunities it presents (like any or all of the above suggestions)
