It's that time again. 700 followers. 
Though I can't shake the feeling that I don't really deserve to celebrate right now, as I've been really slow with uploading new content lately.
I promise to try and do a little better through December and into the new year.
But for now, I have a special treat for you. This idea came about as I was discussing some ideas with my friend Daedalus Aegle for his story The Marriage of Princess Cadance to House Sparkle. It's the idea that each princess would create their own personal oath upon her coronation. You might recognize Cadence's if you've read the story, since a version of it ended up in the chapter The Bond. Inspired by the idea, I ended up writing out a Princess Oath for all the princesses and Queen Chrysalis. They're something like a mantra that is supposed to remind them of their duties.

Exquisite. Especially telling is how Twilight changes the first line. She is unlike any princess before her, for Friendship cannot survive when standing on a pedestal.
The last one is the only one I see no hubris in, it is straightforward and honest.

Stumbled upon this by accident. Twilight's thing could have been much better; friendship and friends define who she is and even her domain. Would be safe to assume the rest of mane6 are an intergral part of the 'Princess of Friendship' thing.
We stand as one. As opposed to Chrysalis below. That would be much more epic.
I think there would be competition for the Queen of the swarm, but hey - I would love to see those two clash someday
Just finished reading the fic. Came here, and I'm sad to see the posters do not exist anymore. Can you fix the links? Is there a DevArt I can go to to find them?
