Happy Thanksgiving All! Plus... · 6:44pm Nov 26th, 2015
I was hoping I could wait for my milestone 100th blog until I could confirm what I'm going to say later, but it's Thanksgiving, and I'd like to give a toast.
I'm normally not one for sappy stuff, but I want to say thank you to all of you here in the fandom that have followed me, read and liked/faved any of my stories, or kept track and kept contact with me during my rougher patches. Not only does it inspire me to keep writing (which I know it doesn't look like I'm doing due to the lack of updates, but school slows the process— I promise, I'm doing what I can), but it actually helps me in real life, too. If not for you guys, I wouldn't have thought to pursue English as a major after I had to leave the Education program, and I wouldn't have made a bunch of the friends I've made over the past couple of years. So to those of you in the United States, Happy Thanksgiving, and to those of you who don't celebrate it, just know that I'm thankful for all the great stuff that's happened between us.
Now onto the reason Through Crimson Eyes is tagged: I managed to get through a rough spot that was holding me back, so I'm happy to say the writing process has continued. I have some more writing to do before I get to the end of this section, but most of what comes after that up to the end has already been written. When I'm finished, I'm going to get in touch with my editor, and we'll try to go forward as best we can starting from the beginning. When we finish going through what's already been published, I'll send out another blog as a heads-up. For those of you who care enough, I would recommend a re-read from the beginning.
Thanks to all of you who have been so patient waiting for this story to finish. I know all-OC stories don't get a ton of publicity, but those of you that really cared about this story deserve to get your finished product. I hope you can wait a little longer.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. And grats on the 100th blog.
for getting some done on Crimson. hath been doubled.
