Does it annoy you when you try your best to make good videos on YouTube, but don't? Well, prepare to be more annoyed because here's some videos that got waaaaay more views than you, and had little to no work done on them at all.
This video...has over a million views. It labels it as an animation, but it's all still images. I mean, if the owner of the video drew all the images him/herself, then it's a little more admirable, but come on; the only reason this video got loads of views was clearly because of the song. On the plus side, at least it's the female version of the song and not Mandopony's voice. I'd raise bloody hell otherwise.
Well, you're probably thinking, "hey, this is well animated," and you're right. But this is actually a totally different animation about the night guard, except the night guard has been edited out and replaced with Rainbow Dash. The rest of the animation? EXACTLY the same as the original. Is it fair to take someone else's work and just replaced ONE character in it and call it your own? Well, I say no. Sorry Rainbow. You're awesome, but you're just a cheap vector puppet here. By the way - 5 million+ views.
Well, so really an animation as it is a parody, or so it claims to be. Basically a dubbing of the MLP show, Friendship is Witchcraft is one of the dumbest dubbing series I've ever heard or seen. I mean, it's not funny. Making all the ponies into demon-worshiping satanists or soldiers with PTSD or incestual lesbians, is NOT funny. It's stupid. And I'm an idiot, so I know stupid when I see it. I mean, the jokes are abysmal. Everything is cliche and there's no cliche to the jokes. Oh, Fluttershy is evil instead of kind, oh fucking original. Rainbow keeps saying 'Rainbow' and 'Dash' all the time, that's lazy. Spike gets beaten all the time, it doesn't work because A) he doesn't deserve it, and B) that's all he's there for. Everyone is an asshole which is not funny. Asshole characters are not funny unless you know how to make them properly funny. Look at Rick and Morty - THAT'S making an asshole character funny because Rick is interesting and you actually want to know where his actions are going to go. Here? None of the asshole characters are interesting, they're predictable and worse still their jokes run for waaaaaay too long. And that fucking trumpet sound gets degrading VERY quickly. Look, this is awful, yet it manages to get over a million views.
So, I guess if you want attention, DON'T PUT EFFORT INTO YOUR WORK. If this is the message these stupid videos are displaying, then maybe I should tell you all not to bother trying on your stories and YouTube content. Screw these people. And screw you Mandopony!

The first animation is; meh, at least they put some work and effort into it. The owner of the second video will not have the respect and love I have for the rest of the human race. And the third video (or series) is well... Okay? Okay, no, I actually enjoyed the series, to some extent. Actually, to quite a big extent, but I do understand some of the points you make, except from the fact that you say it isn't funny. You don't find it funny. But yeah, I respect your views and opinions while you do the same.
As for the number of views each video has? Some guy could've made a well animated video of some sort of complex and well made adventure of two guys that have good personality and background, with many twists and cliff hangers, but have very little likes and views. But then say, another guy, makes a twenty second animation— no, a twenty second slideshow, about this black and red alicorn OC sending Princess Celestia to the moon and capturing all the waifus, but get more views because more people find that anything to do with MLP or the fandom is worth watching, compared to a complex and well made animation because it didn't have anything to do with MLP. I know, I understand your anger, for I think that it's unfair too, but the world is anything but fair.

Sadly, this also applies to fanfiction. Including here. Poured my heart into a small story, only got around 250 views. The Plague Master by Theyellowninja13, which is a rather poorly written Displaced fic, got featured. Two days in a row.
I hate Displaced fics with a vengeance, with very, very few exceptions.
Edit: 337 views. Might be because the title was in french, but I'm still pissed. It's still doing better than almost any story of mine in a like/dislike ratio, so there's that. It's the story I PMed you.
3437820 I know where you're coming from. Displaced fanfics are like Clopfics; one person wrote one, it got loads of views, so everyone else thought, "hey, if we write our own Displaced and Pony Porn stories, we'll get loads of views too!"
Also, how stupid do you have to be to accept strange shit from a weirdo who calls himself the Merchant anyway? Displaced fanfics are writer's way of putting in OP characters, that's all it is. They can't give their OC's these powers so they put themselves into the story with the excuse that they're dressed up as other characters from different films and games.
Don't get me wrong though; some of my followers have actually written decent tolerable Displaced fanfics, they truly have. But that's because they write them in a way that doesn't sound like cop-out bullshit.
As for clopfics, how many way can you possibly fuck a pony by now? I dislike clopfics in general, but I make exceptions when they actually have real development and pacing and character put into them, and not just throwing two ponies into a room and instructing them to 'bugger each other's brains out'.
And the fact I wrote a purposely bad clopfic ages ago that became my first ever featured story kinda enhanced my dislike of them more so. A story with little effort and a few sex scenes, and it got featured the next day. Was I happy? Np! I had another story that was more mature and more effort put into it, and that never got noticed!

The first one is a parody of the original animation which did the exact same thing, it's just a pony version of it. Albeit still lazy. Also I happen to like MandoPony's voice on it more. The Second... I got nothin. The third is an ABRIGDED VERSION OF MLP. THESE ARE JUST REVOICED VERSIONS OF SHOWS. IT still sucks though XD
