The leaked episode Scare Master is the worst MLP FIM episode ever · 8:47am Sep 24th, 2015
Thanks to ITunes leaking Scare Master a month early, we got to see the single worst episode of MLP FIM's history 
This abomination of a episode completely flushed five seasons worth of Fluttershy's character development down the toilet and leaving Fluttershy in a worse position then she started with at the beginning of the series. Fluttershy permanently strained her friendship with the rest of the Mane 6. Her fears were stronger than the bond with her friends. No longer Fluttershy will be seen in Nightmare Night episodes and possibly any holiday episode for that matter. I sincerely hope that in a future episode Fluttershy gets an intervention from her friends. Don't take my word for it, check out this link below to see the episode for yourselves. And yes this video is in Dailymotion not in Youtube because Youtube has pulled down the episode. And if you agree with me after watching this episode, don't watch it's official release next month because Scare Master deserves to be the MLP FIM episode with the lowest rating ever. And maybe once Hasbro takes notice of this, they would instruct the writing staff to never write bad episodes like this ever again. As a Fluttershy fan I am outraged by this and all genuine Fluttershy fans should be outraged too

Monarchy, do you happen to know any piece of visual media that flushes character development down the shitter that bad? I was gonna name something, but my mind went blank.
I liked it. I don't like all the same things my friends like. If going on a roller coaster makes me nauseous, I'm not going to force myself to go on for the sake of my friends, because I know I'll have other opportunities to hang with my friends that are more my speed.
I can see how you feel that way, though. Perhaps if they had done it with another pony it would have had a clearer message.
(Ps Rollercoasters don't make me nauseous!)

3416997 I see what you mean. Maybe the girls go cave-exploring, and Pinkie Pie reveals she has claustrophobia. Something to do with her rocky past. Since she loves to hang out with her friends, Pinkie is visibly distressed about this, but eventually realizes there are other things she can do that won't give her panic attacks.
3416997 Yeah, that's one example... Honestly, i think this episode'd only be acceptable if it was in season 1 not 5... I'm guessing you get why.

3418269 Yes this episode would ONLY have been acceptable in Season 1 because there was not much of Fluttershy's character development to flush away back then. But having a episode like this in Season 5 is Unacceptable
3418506 Though, wasn't the show supposed to be getting some new writers? I dunno if one of the new guys/girls wrote this, but if they did,, it'd explain a lotta things at least. It sure as hell wouldn't excuse the episode as a whole, but still.
3418544 This Animated Atrocity was written by someone who has been part of the MLP FIM writing staff since Season 4. So she is kind of new but not that new and the fact that she has been working on MLP FIM for a year is no excuse to write this "thing"
3419267 I think it should be mandatory for MLP writers to watch all the previous episodes, with the good and bad episodes clearly definded. Because i doubt some of them have watched the whole show. Don't quote me on that, though, i dunno what Hasbro be thunkin'.
3419303 I am surprised that the writer of Scare Master remembered that Princess Twilight Sparkle is a alicorn not a unicorn anymore. It SHOULD be mandatory that all writers memorise every episode in the show before making new episodes. Is Hasbro trying to kill MLP FIM?
